Anyone rough sleeping in the Eastbourne area should contact the council to seek accommodation by calling the Housing Needs Team (01323 410000)

Alternatively if you are concerned about someone in the position of being homeless you should make a referral to Streetlink via https://www.streetlink.org.uk/ or by calling 0300 500 0914.
